Culture Counts: UNESCO poster competition

Competition Details

by Felipe Pereira

The idea for the poster came across the concept of dialogue, rapprochement and understanding between cultures. These concepts are conceived through the lines with spirals, which define five distinct areas with different colors. These spaces and colors represent the five continents and different cultures that inhabit each. The spirals on the lines represent the dialogue with the rapprochement between cultures to foster mutual understanding, since the spirals we observed that one enters the color space of another, so the spiral symbolizes the rapprochement between cultures. Words in the illustration underscores the theme. The space above and the left is for the logos of the institutions.
