Here, The design contains a drop of water that refracted his background colors that symbolizes different cultures of the world, but when we look into the drop it seems that all cultures, traditions get together & celebrating INTERNATIONAL YEAR for the RAPPROCHEMENT of CULTURES and want to be united once again.
