My poster has 203 dots which represent the 203 sovereign states of the world. A sovereign state is a political association with effective internal and external sovereignty over a geographic area and population, which is not dependent on, or subject to, the power of any other power of state. While in abstract terms a sovereign state can exist without being recognised by other sovereign states, unrecognised states will often find it difficult to exercise full treaty-making powers and engage in diplomatic relations with other sovereign states. All the states in this poster are equal. One state says 'hello'. all states are free to respond.
