An effective logo is

A simple logo design allows for easy recognition and allows the logo to be versatile & memorable. Good logos feature something unique without being overdrawn.

Simple logos are often easily recognized, incredibly memorable and the most effective in conveying the requirements of the client. the basis of the hugely effective international branding for the world’s largest shoe manufacturer is a very simple graphic swoosh, Nike.
The symbol for my logo is a simple design because it is aimed for children; I tried to make it fun by using a picture of a kite. When one sees it, confidence and happiness are the feelings expressed for the children because the colours are warm that mean Dream Centre will help children in India, Pakistan, Kabul, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Haiti, East Jerusalem, Port – au – Prince, Liberia and Haiti, but what is the meaning of choosing a colour? I chose a bright warm colour since I want my logo to stand out; orange is less severe than red, but still bright enough to attract attention; it is more playful and youthful than red. The element of orange is often found in logos to create a playfulness or stimulate emotions and even appetites. For example orange is the colour used for the famous children’s channel – Nickelodeon, orange is fun, light-hearted and youthful, which reflects the TV channel’s programming. The design of the Nickelodeon logo supports the youthful theme.
Children should always feel safe and at peace, they do not need to work; around the world children are exploited. Innocent children are used for doing manual work and terrorist activities. These children lose their childhood and finally become and unwanted element of the world.
The font that I have chosen (y2k neophyte) for writing the words Dream Centre in the logo, was chosen carefully – it gives a different style and when the kite is drawn, the logo will give a feeling of freedom. They see the kite and they dream of a future better than now. The kite will fly high in the sky like the dreams of the children. Dream Centre will help those children in trying to make their dreams become reality.
I used the programs illustrator and Photoshop to design the logo.
