It consists of a simple drawn child face, that is smiling with eyes closed. A dream comes true. The "DREAM center'" informal - as if it created by a child, that have cut it out of a piece of paper - and happy, rotated and not aligned, letterform, is what the child is dreaming of. There is now the opportunity for mental needs to be met. Now the smiling kid is not only sweet but confident too.
