To mark someplace generally we use flag, here I have used the paper fan as a marker. This paper fan indicates the address of happiness, address of joy, address of creativity i.e. DREAM Center. I have used paper fan because it is very close to children and very common toy of children. I have used multiple colors in it to make it more vibrant and live.
