The logo is stylized from my interpretation of fun, creative and an overall "un-perfect" feel.
The "off registration" look gives a feel of being laid back and enjoying the beauty in everything, no matter how un-perfect it may be. The outline is playful and looks to be hand drawn in a purposefully inconsistent way to accentuate the un-perfectness even further.
The overall look i was going for is meant to promote feelings of fun and enjoyment in terms of art/creativity as it naturally happens and progresses in the new artist... Perfectly Un-perfect.
