The GLOCA(nima)L is the proposed mascot for the Festival of Celebrating Diversity, as an optimistic expression of the many different cultures that share one thing in common: our planet Earth.
This is a scale-free proposal of how globalization as a phenomenon does not need frighten us...it's just a small [diverse] world we're all sharing after all!
