When I thought about symbols representing cultural diversity (and it's vast variety of arts and craft) patchwork and carpets came to my mind: in these creations, fabrics of diverse colors, patterns and haptic join each other to become an unique work. The more different fabrics you have the merrier the result is. That's why I've chosen an abstraction of the carpet as an icon representing this special festival.
