The design is composed of four human heads in four different colours that represents people from various cultures of the world. When they all come together to celebrate the Festival of Diversity, beautiful things happen, symbolized by the form created in the centre of the design. The form represents the attributes of culture like dance, art, and music.
The colours of the design are rich red, green, purple and blue that are an integral part of cultures around the world.
