I began this logo by simplifying the human figure, reducing it to a fat “U” toped with a circle. I wanted to use the “U” points as hands that would be touching each other. I played around with the shape I had created, and in the end I end up putting the figures in a linear position as if they were all seeing a spectacle together. With this logo’s shape I hope to pass a message of reunion, understanding, acceptance, goals that I think that the International Festival of Cultural Diversity events will have in mind.
