I thought of this logo as global puzzle were each peace is a culture that is meeting with other pieces. These pieces don’t have to mach with one another like in conventional puzzles they just have to be united and close to each other so that they don’t get lost. So that the different pieces look like one I decided to use a 3 color gradient to unify them.
