Cultural diversity is expressed in the variety of different and contrasting colours, (as opposed to different shades of the same colour). Each culture has its distinct and independent features, illustrated in the free-standing dots, but at the same time reaches out and interlocks with neighbouring cultures. Ultimately all cultures come together in our world, represented here in the round shape. With the right vision and approach to diversity we can create a harmonious yet colourful and happy whole, without any element losing its individual identity.
