Have you told yourself: I will never ride to work by bike, because:
by the time I get to work I will be full of sweat;
by the time I get to work I will be fully wet from rain;
by the time I get to work I will be frozen from the wind;
I am too old/having cardiac problems/not used to the exercise…

The reasons are endless, but now there is a way to avoid all these difficulties, while not paying for fuel and not polluting the environment…

Ride to work every day using this innovative, high-tech bike! Forget worrying about fuel prices or pollution, the solution is the Pannon Rider! Go to work by bike, comfortably and without sweat, or exposed to harsh weather, yet not suffering from the disadvantages of a car and doing some exercise – but only if you want it!

Pannon Rider is a sun-powered bicycle. It is hybrid-driven (electronically and manually).
Its advantages to the bike are the following: it protects the rider from the rain and wind, or UV rays. It can even be used every day to go to work, yet you can even ride it in a suit, and carry your laptop with you. When the sun is not shining, the power supply comes from a battery. Moreover, it is inexpensive: its price equals a second-hand car or a bigger scooter, without the additional costs of a car (e.g. insurance or taxes).

Performance:
When the sun is NOT shining, yet the battery is full, because you parked the Pannon Rider in front of your house or workplace for three hours previously, the vehicle has the following features:
the top speed is 23 mph (37 km/h)
at 12 - 14 mph (17-23 km/h), the rider can cover approximately up to 16 miles at one go
in the meantime, the current consumption is 80-125W.

When there is sun, Pannon Rider simply cannot be stopped! Sunshine can fully replace human power.

The Pannon Rider is a prototype. It can be mass produced, and in that case its price can be even cheaper.
