Cascuz - Bike helmet with integrated light modules

Cascuz is and urban bike helmet with integrated light modules.

Due to the fact that the current bike-accessories market offers only, on the one hand helmets, and on the other hand lights with straps, this concept integrates both elements into one product.

Cascuz has two light modules (front and rear) that are attached to the helmet by built-in mechanical features
(snaps) creating an integrated design. Front and rear light modules are removable for battery replacement.
Cascuz also has two side reflectors for added safety.

By integrating both elements in one product, it ensures that the light is in proper position and securely attached
to the helmet. Today helmet lights are after thoughts and their attachment systems are unstable.

Cascuz's light turns on & off automatically when the helmet is put on and taken off the rider's head. This avoids people forgetting to turn off the light and run out of battery power.

Cascuz proposes a new aesthetic in bike helmets while still providing protection and ventilation. Moving away from the typical aerodynamic
and aggressive shapes seen in the market, this helmet presents a more friendly approach suitable for urban riders.

In many cases, urban cyclist's outfits are visually affected by sporty-looking helmets. For that reason, Cascuz offers an iconic form that does not relate to hyper aerodynamic lines needed in sport applications.

Cascuz can be manufactured with existing technologies. It’s modular design allows for recycling and reusing, since separate modules can be replaced or removed instead of having to throw the entire product away, when a particular module is out of order.
