Plywood has given itself in service as nearly a universal material in modern building construction. But for plywood to take on a number of building functions, simultaneously and with economic sensitivity, is to make it become a truly compelling material. Taking from the many facets of plywood, this project has found a particular application in flooring; where broadening its traditional role, plywood can rise above just a substrate to become a finished surface.
