Notch Table

by Brendan Ravenhill

The Notch Table is constructed using only ninety degree joints, allowing it to be manufactured using either laser cutting (as shown in the prototype) or CNC routing. The double "X" leg armature provides a stable base while keeping the underneath clear of any stretchers, allowing for ample leg room.

The table is the perfect size for an apartment- equally comfortable as as a dining table, craft area or home office desk. The Notch Table can be cut entirely from one sheet of plywood, yet manages to transform the material into a light and elegant form.
