The fragmenTable is assembled by sequentially intersecting its 15 unique components. The final result is an 18” high coffee table, with storage boxes, and open shelves, capped with a square, 28” wide top. The system holds itself together by using the mortis and tenon connections to the fragments into place. This allows the system to be put together without any additional parts. While subtly, patterning the faces of the table by allowing the exposed edge to contrast the face of the appleply, whether naturally or stained.

*Variation of the table has 3 storage boxes.
