NOF’s mission: to prevent osteoporosis, to promote lifelong bone health, to help improve the lives of those affected by osteoporosis and related fractures, and to find a cure. NOF pursues its mission through programs of awareness, advocacy, public and health professional education, and research. People with Osteoporosis have apparel and accessories that are shaped differently than the general public because their backs and hips are often deformed and/or sloped forward.
